Electrical and electronic assemblies, electrical devices and systems must be tested for their noise immunity. This mobile arrangement which can generate the interference signals independently of the mains also allows for the parameters to be changed in a simple manner. From the direct voltage of a battery (B), charging pulses are conducted to a capacitor (C1 and, respectively, C2). The charging voltage of the capacitor is selectable and can be discharged by means of a controllable switch (S1 and respectively S2). These discharge pulses are superimposed on the supply voltage as interference signals via a coupling circuit (K1 and, respectively, K2). Periodic charging pulses can also be generated by means of a flyback converter (SS1, and, respectively, SS2). <IMAGE>
