The amount of heating agent supplied from storage cylinders (2) to the evaporator (1) is limited by a minimal-maximal sensor (13) in the evaporator. Vapours generated in the evaporator (1) are applied to a drying cabinet (4) heated on all sides. The hot condensation product (5) is returned to the evaporator (1) directly or through a separator (6). Dirty fluid from the evaporator is passed through a valve (8) in the evaporator bottom to a heat exchanger (9) through which passes the pipe (10) carrying cold heating agent. Preheated clean heating agent is applied to the evaporator (1) through a preheater (11).
