Spiral potato chip cutter with point - has cutting rings located beneath point for clockwise rotation into potato

The spiral phot chip cutter comprises a wooden handle attached to a piston-type point of refined steel which just below the point is fitted with two cutting rings. To use the cutter the point is inserted into the potato until the cutter rings contact the outer wall. The cutter is rotated from left to right into the potato until it comes out of the other side. the handle is then removed and the potato spirals are withdrawn through an anti-clockwise rotation.
