<p>Novel substituted thiazoles of the formula <IMAGE> I wherein R is alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms and R1 is selected from the group consisting of -NH2, - NH-AlK, <IMAGE> PHENYLAMINO AND DIPHENYLAMINO, AlK is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and n is an integer from 1 to 6 and their non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts having a marked antilipolytic activity and for some of them, a prolonged vasodilatatory activity and an antibradykinetic activity and their preparation.</p> |
