PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crosstalk due to a frame plate and the generation of the lowering of a contrast by forming a condition so that the proper pieces of single-lenses are temporarily fitted in parallel to a linear set holder at a prescribed pitch and temporarily fixing them by inserting them into a lower lens holder. CONSTITUTION:A lower lens holder 3 is fitted to a substrate 1. The lower lens holder 3 is in a band shape in approximately the same shape as the substrate 1, simultaneously, a through hole 4 is provided from the surface of one side to the surface of the other side, further, the through hole 4 is made into the same pitch P as an LED chip 2, thereby, the LED chip 2 is surrounded from four surfaces except for a light-emitting surface 2a by the through hole 4. In such a case, single-lenses 5 are formed in the shape in which the proper pieces of them are temporarily fitted in parallel to a linear set holder 5b at the prescribed pitch P, they are temporarily fixed by being inserted into the through hole 4 in such a condition, and thereby, plural single-lenses 5 can be correctly fitted in one stage. Thus, the generation of the crosstalk or the generation of the lowering the contrast, etc., can be prevented. |
