PURPOSE:To make water flowing down from distribution gutter enter control pies evenly to secure uniform scatter of the water by perforated scattering plate set over packing in a catalytic oxidation tank for treating sewage, perforated scattering plate being attached with adjustment pipes which are open both at the tops and the bottoms to the perforations of the plate.
