<p>PURPOSE:To control an external equipment without imposing a burden upon a CPU by forming a controlling code as a user's bit in a VITC to be reproduced in one body with a CM theme. CONSTITUTION:The video signal and the PCM audio signal of a master tape reproduced by a digital VTR 11 are supplied to a transmitter 20. Besides, the reproduced video signal and LTC are supplied to an interface box 21. This box 21 is provided with an LTC reader to read the LTC and a VITC reader to read the VITC, and a time address and the user's bit, etc., are read out. A control signal prescribed by the detected user's bit is supplied to the transmitter 20 and telecine 22, etc., of the external equipment based on this time code. Thus, by triggering the external equipment at desired timing based on the user code from the box 20, control based on the user code can be executed.</p> |
