<p>The cooking grill has a grill chamber accommodating a rotary holder for the food. The holder (19, 20, 23) has grips (21, 22) for securing a sheet of foil round the food. There can be two such securing devices, at opposite ends, and the holder can have a frame acting as a support foot for when it is taken out of the oven. The foil can be in sack or hose form. The design avoids the food drying out while cooling, and also contamination of the oven by juices draining out of it, so that subsequent oven-cleaning is no problem.</p> |
