Natural moving soft doll - has frame embedded in stuffing carrying ball joints for limbs which are hinged at elbows and knees

The body of the doll is provided with a frame (2) which is completely covered by the stuffing material (25). The frame carries projections (3) on which are ball ends (4) on to which are fitted the head (5) and member pieces (6). The ball is gripped by a two part shell (8) on which is connected a connector shell (10). On the connectors to the member pieces (6) are fitted rods (12) which are hinged in the centre for the elbow or knee joints. Further hinges can be added at the end of the bars to connect hand or foot pieces. This method provides a soft doll which moves in a natural manner.
