Lamp with adjustable brightness - has brightness regulator operated by electronically controlled phase displacement switch

Lamp with adjustable degree of brightness through a brightness regulator located inside the lamp housing. The brightness regulator fitted with an electronically controlled phase displacement switch projects from the lamp housing (10) on fig 1) with two permanently fixed actuating plates (16, 17). The actuating plates are made as sections of the lamp housing separated from each other by an insulation (18). One actuating plate (17) for switching the lamp on has a large contact surface whilst the other for switching off has a small contact surface. A time switch to switch the brightness regulator on or off is also fitted inside the lamp housing.
