A conductor (2) inside the case (11) in the screened cable end (1) is prepared for connection in a sleeve, and is connected through an intermediate element (16) to a wedge-shaped plastic element (15) simulating the end of another cable prepared for sleeve connection. The junction is insulated by a usual sleeve package (18) screened by conducting plastic bands (19) and a metal band or netting. The wedge-shaped plastic element (15) other end is centred in the accessories' case (11, 12). The cable shroud includes a component made of polyvinyl chloride. Along the centre-line of the cable is an internal conductor winding (17) fitting inside the main insulation windings (18).
