The FET scanning pulse generator has a low current consumption and is for scanning the photosensitive elements in a facsimile transceiver. Each unit in the cascaded generator circuit consists of a first FET (Q5) to gate an input signal through to the gates of a second FET (Q6) and fourth FET (Q8). The second FET gates a second clock signal, which equals the phase shifted first clock signal that gates the first FET, through to an output terminal. A bootstrap capacitor (CB) is connected across the input and output of the second FET. A third FET (Q7) is controlled by the fourth and a fifth FET (Q9) and discharges the output. |
