摘要

Coated profiles are produced from powders, chips, fibres, granulated with(out) sec. materials/combinations of various types of particles plus binder, by a pressurised feed type process. The profiled tool has a change in is internal section and at the change point and/or thereafter there is >=1 injection inlet with a normal inclined extruder such as for thermoplastics. The process retains the advantages of continuous pressurised feed whilst hte coating is applied in the one operation.
