The fully insulated pair of wire stripping pliers is for electrical work and includes both a facility for stripping the insulating material and cutting of the wire. The handles of the pliers are embedded in a layer of insulating material. The working ends of the pliers are formed into a claw like profile appropriate for wire stripping. Two side projections carry plain knife like blade segments for wire cutting purposes.
