摘要

Acryloyl-piperazines of formula (I) and their acid addn. salts. (where R is lower alkyl; R1 and R2 are lower alkyl, or H (with the condition that both cannot be H); and R3 is H or lower alkyl) are anaesthetics. Cpd. KA-100 is an anaesthetic, which shows anti-nociceptive activity and has good analgesic and muscle relaxant activity.
