<p>Multi-compartment cartridge for filtering, degreasing and bleaching solvents to be regenerated comprises one or more concentric cylinders of perforated sheet metal, surrounded by a filter paper or fabric folded in concertina fashion. At the ends are two detachable disc-shaped sheet metal plates with perfect sealing between the filter paper or fabric and the two end plates by means of ordinary synthetic foam seals. The seals are resistant to chemical prods., partic. solvents, have a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm. allow perfect sealing capable of resisting pressure of up to 6 bars, and allow easy dismounting for replacement of the filter paper.</p> |
