PURPOSE:To readily position an ingredient of interior at the central part of paste material without mixing a paste meat material with the ingredient of the interior by attaching the paste meat material to the periphery of a feed nozzle and injecting the material into a forming pipe while feeding the ingredient of the interior through the feed nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In producing a paste product such as Vienna sausage containing an ingredient of the interior such as cheese or curry, the ingredient of the interior is continuously injected from a continuous injector 2 of the ingredient of the interior through a feed nozzle 9 to a forming pipe 4. Simultaneously, a paste meat material is attached from a paste meat material injector 3 to the peripheral face of the feed nozzle 9 and continuously fed into the forming pipe 9. Then the ingredient and the material are heat-treated by a heater 5 to continuously produce the paste product. |
