<p>The heating unit is for all types of surfaces, using heating tubes with a fluid heat carrier, fixed to a structural steel webbing. The heater consists of plastics tubes (3, 9, 5, 6, 7) which extends helically from the outer edge of the heating surface towards its centre. The straight tube sections (5) are merged into tubes (9) with radii of similar size. From the central helix (6), e.g. the area of a thermal load minimum of the surface (1) to be heated, the return (7) is guided out of the mounting level for a short distance. The distance between individual helix of the tube, and the temperature course over the length of the tube, may be so dimensioned or adjusted, that three continuously merging areas are formed.</p> |
