A circuit for monitoring the output of a direct voltage source w.r.t. a threshold potential uses a light flasher circuit. It operates with only one lamp or light emitting diode in a simple circuit arrangement. The circuit also enables indication of the circuit condition. The lamp goes out if the circuit or current supply fails. The comparison output of a voltage divider (1, 2) supplied from the direct voltage source (8) forms the input to a flasher circuit (3, 4, 5) supplying only one indicator (6). When the voltage uses above the desired level the lamp is permanently on, and when it is below the level the flashing rate decreases.
|
