A continuous butter churn with an obliquely upwards inclined squeezer comprises two worms running in opposite directions and engaging with each other so as to forward the butter through perforated discs into the separate pressure chamber, suction chamber and kneading chamber into which the churn housing is divided; has at the end of the suction chamber on the worm shafts, propelling elements, which are bridged over by a by-pass line in which there is a choke valve. Simplifies the design and improves the performance of continuous churns, producing butter absolutely free from air. |
