<p>The two gas analysis chambers are connected by a pipe with a built-in flow sensor. The similar compensation system (M, N), is gas filled and tightly sealed, with a second flow sensor (H2) provided near the detector system (D). Output signals of the first flow sensor (H1) in the detector system (D) and of the second flow sensor (H2) in the compensation system are connected differentially. The compensation units are hermetically sealed and consist of two coaxial members of identical size (M1, M2).
