Steerable sledge for ski slopes - has runners linked to form parallelogram with upwards concave cross section

The sledge enables ski slopes to be traversed without the use of the feet for balancing. The side runners are joined by a cross member which forms the seat platform suspension. The sides runners are suspended by the arrangement of two additional pivot points in the cross bearer (1). The side runner thrust bar (4) is interrupted by a joint (5) connected by a spring bracket running down to each respective additional pivot point. The sprung bracket (3) forms a parallelogram with each runner. The runners contact surface has an upward concave cross section to give an increased grip when traversing the slopes.
