The disclosed resin composition is the cocondensation product of A. A POLYSILOXANE HAVING 3BOND SiOR groups, wherein R is lower alkyl and wherein hydrocarbon groups are linked to the silicon of said groups, at least some of said hydrocarbon groups being phenyl, and B. AN ORGANIC 3BOND COH group containing component which at least partially consists of a diimido compound of the formula <IMAGE> wherein R1 and R2 symbolize alkylene of 2 - 4 carbon atoms.
