Preferably the mixture contains 1-20% by weight of the first component based on the total weight of the mixture. The mixtures are prepared by mixing the components in aqueous or organic suspension, hot or cold, or by kneading. The mixtures are stable to organic solvents and are used in paints, lacquers, inks and plastics.</p> |
