<p>Title cpds. are of formulae (I) and (II): where R = 4-12C cycloalkyl, opt. substd. Ph, or phenyl-alkyl; R1 = H, 1-8C alkyl, or opt. substd. Ph; R2 = Hal, 1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxy, NH2, NH alkyl, N(alkyl)2, NO2, CH3S-, CH3CONH, sulphamoyl, CN, OH, PhCH2O-, or CF3; R3 = 4-12c cycloalkyl; R4 = H or 1-8C alkyl; R5 = NH2, NO2, hal, sulphamoyl, or 1-8C alkoxy; and n = 0-3. (I) are prepd. e.g., by condensing a 3-aminopyrrolidine with a benzoyl chloride or with a benzaldehyde and S and opt. heating (I) with K2S/P2S5 to give (II).</p> |
