<p>The case for diplaying articles for sale in shops is built from four columns (1, 2) of a hollow section joined to horizontal sections (14) of similar shape. The dove-tailed groove (21) is used to secure bolts with special heads for the attachment of the vertical columns (1) to the side wall (6). The sections (1, 2, 14) also have grooves of rectangular cross-section to receive the glass walls or partitions (3, 4). Price tickets (20) with beaded edges which fit in the longitudinal semi-circular grooves (15, 16) are retained in position by the U-section (32) which fit around the edge of the glass panels (3, 4). The ends of the columns (12) are sealed by caps (25).</p> |
