Abrasive or delicate pelletted bulk material, pneumatically low speed conveyed, feeds through an air pressured supply vessel. When empty, the vessel is pressure relieved, preventing sudden higher speed conveyance and reducing pipeline wear or material damage. A level-sensing probe is below the outlet valve, which closes clear of the contents in the vessel's extended outlet. The vessel's (10) extended outlet (6) houses the level sensor (1) under the outlet valve's automatic activator (2). At a content's low level the valve closes; air supply (4) cuts off; the air relief (3) valve opens. The content's (5) flow is smoothly maintained at low speed.
