The machine is for continuous production of buildings and building components, with the simultaneous supply of concrete, for foundations, walls and roofs, with a wheeled mobile appliance containing mixer and dosing devices, and with a guide assembly for accurate processing. The guide assembly (F) has a fixed-site erectable turntable (20), with a turntable lug on top, for mounting a beam (19) which can be moved lengthways. One end of the latter is hinged to a joint (D) driven by the turntable lug, while its end holds the processing machine, with guidance along a prescribed track corresponding to the setting of the hinge joint. A photo-cell and a light-transmitter are provided for control of the material being deposited, so that the deposit can be interrupted for a prescribed length.
