Emptying of stalls used for bulk animals where a circuit of water enriched with dissolved and chemically bound oxygen passes through the stalls for manure and urine removal and for deoderisation. Specifically, by means of a separating device, the water is freed from solids and enriched again with nitrates by total oxidation in a single or multi-stage restoring plant. The restorative sludge is then separated and with or without the addition of further nitrates of ammonium and its derivatives, the alkali or earth alkali groups is adjusted to a pH value of 7.5 (+-) 0.7 and fed back into the stalls for the further manure removal. More specifically, the circuit water passes through flushing channels covered with a water layer of less than 30 cm. with an arc filter. |
