<p>A fully automatic dispenser, esp. for already raised dough, delivers accurately weighed portions at high speed. From a storage vessel, measuring wheels drop underweight portions on to the plate of a weighing machine, and this energises a make-weight dough particle feeder, which adds dough to the portion on the scale until it reaches the correct weight. The feeder has a dough container rotating on a vertical axis, and the small pieces of additional dough, formed as the dough is drawn down projecting hollow arms to outlets some distance below the inlets, are cut off and thrown by centrifugal force against the portion on the scale. No prejudicial handling of the dough can take place, and it is thus worked according to the precise requirements of its character, and a faultless prod. is obtd.</p> |
