A pressure jet massage device is constructed such that a fluid or gaseous material (air) is pumped into a container under pressure. The fluid or gaseous material acts as a flexible or elastic base surface within the container which rests on the surface of the flesh section to be treated. A pump system is provided to remove the material from the container and the material is then fed through a heater before being re-passed to the massage device. A constant circulation of warm medium of regulable temperature is thus fed to the massager.
