The large dimensional construction is prefabricated above the water table level and sunk to the required depth while the water level in the excavation is held at the same height as the outside water level. This construction can be used regardless of outer dimensions and the depth of the water table. This structure becomes component of the final building. - The building site excavation enclosure (1) is only slightly greater than the outside dimensions of the structure to be sunk. It remains as a part of the whole structure for accommodation of horizontal and vertical loads in the ground. The building excavation enclosure (1) is inserted only down to a firm ground layer and the deeper excavation is carried out without enclosure.
