PURPOSE:To provide a quantitative analytical method of separated components, wherein color formation of chromato spot is effected by iodine vapor and absorption of the irradiated light with wavelength absobable by iodine is measured, said color formation being easy with simOle instrument and procedure to make reproducibility and precision of measurement excellent.
