The device is for application of reinforcement papers, glued on one side to the outer sides of intermittenly moved semi-tubular foil strip used in box or package production. On the feed device (2-6) for the reinforcement papers (1) is arranged at right angles to the feed plane along which the semi tubular foil (16) passes. The feed device (2-6) has a series of spaced suction bands (3) which are in the form of (7, 8) which protrude out over the papers (1). A control drive system is used to pivot the bands (3) into and out of their work position. |
