<p>Cheese container (1) can be circular, oval or rectangular and is fitted vertically onto supports which are fixed to a hydraulic piston (8) the speed of which is adjustable. Inside the cheese container is a partition strip (7) mounted in a guide-piece (6). The bottom of the partition tapers to form a separating edge (11). The separating strip (7) has a shape corresponding to the number of outlets on the side of the cheese container (1), so that there is an outlet (3) for each area enclosed by the separating strip (7), which can be straight, cross-shaped or star-shaped. The base (2) of the cheese container (1) slopes towards the outlets (3) and is shaped like a ridge (12). The appropriate hole (3) in the side of the cheese container (1) must enable the liquid cheese to flow out. The level (9) should not exceed three times the internal width of the outlet (3), measured from the base (10). A slide-piece (4) moves in a section in the side of the cheese container (1).</p> |
