The tent with sliding panels consists of a first guide piece (1) which has an inner, lengthwise cavity into which opens a lengthwise slot in the base of the guide piece (1). One side of the guide piece (1) has a groove (4), and the other side a projection (5), so that adjacent guide pieces interlock. The top (9) of a first piece (10) is double C shaped and rests in the grooves of the support piece. The bottom of the first piece (10) has an inner lengthwise cavity into which opens a slot in the base of the second part. A second piece (13) of cylindrical shape is inserted into the inner cavity. The end of the canvas (14) of a sliding panel tent is rolled onto the second piece (13). The canvas (14) passes inside the inner guide piece to the outside of the same guide piece througha slot. The bottom edge of the canvas (14) has a counterweight.
