The locking arrangement for tilting windows is used esp. in windows in walls. The locking arrangement is held as a flat unit on the lateral wall component. The window is readily and conveniently operated in its closed position and in tilted position. The locking arrangement has eccentric handle arrangement (5) fitted into the side wall of the window frame (1) pref. into the fixed frame. This holding handle (5) actuates a lever (3). The handle presses the tilting window against the sealing stop (6). This handle also supports the tilting window in a given tilted position. The handle arrangement is held on a circular wheel component pivoted about the fixed frame.
