Card checking unit for games of chance - with card located on base plate and checking cursor used to check combinations

A card holder with a sliding cursor provides fast checking of scores in games of chance, e.g. Bingo. A typical card (4) consists of eight separate sectors consisting of a matrix of squares onto which numbers are either marked or uncovered. A base plate (2) has a folded over bottom edge (13) with a gap between the two. The card is inserted into the gap until a stop on the side (14) is contacted. A cursor (6) has folded edges that locate on the base plate. The cursor has two matrix sectors (7,8) that may be marked to correspond to the winning combinations. The inserted card is easily checked by sliding the cursor along the base plate.
