The beam has at least two sections interacting with the surfaces of the holding elements and the force applying elements. It has strain gauges which are fitted on two surfaces of the beam parallel to its bending plane. The strain gauges may be fitted inside the hollow beam. The beam has circular ribs (23) limiting the surface of contact between the beam and holding elements (4,5) and force applying (2,3) elements. The force applying elements lie immediately outside the holding elements.
