<p>The bar electric lamp holder is designed to be connected to a two wire current supply. It has a slide provided with two lateral walls which are joined by an upper face. Each lateral wall has a channel in which is fixed an insulating band. A conductor is fixed in a zone adjacent to the insulating band and a current adaptor is fitted between the lateral walls of the slide. This adaptor can take up any position along the slide. It has two contacts and can be turned with respect to the slide so as to apply each of its contacts against a corresponding supply conductor. The upper face of the bar has several weak parts which can be pressed out so as to form in this face holes designed to receive two wires (32, 34) is connected to one of the contacts (28, 30). Each adaptor has a female which can be rotated in the hole.</p> |
