<p>PURPOSE:To permit the keeping of the allowable value of a system transformer by controlling the output of a generator so as to become lower than the maximum capacity of the system transformer at all times. CONSTITUTION:An allowable maximum value operator 1 operates a-b<=c at all times from the output (a) of a generator, a load (b) in a plant and the maximum capacity (c) of a system transformer to obtain the allowable maximum value MAX. In order to operate the maximum value MAX, a-b is operated by a subtracter 2, a lower value between the output of the subtracter 2 and the maximum capacity (c) of the system transformer is selected by a lower value selector 3 to obtain the allowable maximum value MAX and output a value never applying a load higher than the maximum capacity on the system transformer 13. Another lower value selector 4 compares the allowable maximum value MAX with the output of the load setter of the generator and selects a lower value to output it as an actual set value. Another subtracter 5 receives the output (a) of the generator and the set value from the lower value selector 4 and operates a difference between them to control the output (a) of the generator so as to be the set value.</p> |
