PURPOSE:To improve the operability by providing a 1st electrode member which is connected electrically to a conductive member and a 2nd electrode member which has a conductive cutting tool. CONSTITUTION:The testing device is equipped with the 1st electrode member 10 which contacts electrically an electric connection member 60 inserted into the through hole 42 of a flange 40 mounted on an end part of a drum main body 30 and the 2nd electrode member 20 fitted to the open upper end surface of the drum main body 30. Then when the 1st electrode member 10 is connected electrically to the electric connection member 60, the 2nd electrode member 20 is moved down by the driving of an elevation device, a guide block main body part 24b is fitted in the drum main body 30 to cut the inner peripheral surface of the drum main body 30 with the edge of a cutter part 22a, and an alumite processed layer is removed, so that an aluminum blank tube and the cutter part 22a contact each other and are connected electrically. Consequently, the operability is improved. |
