<p>Process for mfg. polyurethane foam chairs is performed by forming at least partly the central zones of the different chair components viz. seat, back and head rest by mfr. of suitable blocks of density and quality for max. comfort, while the side portions, rims and flanks of the chair are formed by moulding with suitable density and quality. The different parts are then assembled by adhesion, and the resulting composite chair is finally covered in a conventional manner with a covering. Pref. the blocks themselves are composite and formed by adhering parts of different density or quality, and the different moulded parts have different characteristics according to their posn. in the chair.</p> |
