A transfer on paper or non-woven fabric is used for transferring a pattern to a textile fabric for cutting out and making up a garment or for embroidery patterns. The pattern is transferred to the fabric by the pressure of a hot iron. The transfer pattern in made of ink or of special paint and it can give an accurate and complete transfer of the pattern. The inks and paints can be of different colours to give a decorative pattern.
