<p>Novel phenylacetic acid derivs. of general formula (I): where R1=1-10C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl or phenyl; R2 and R3 are independently H or 1-4C alkyl; including salts of (I); are prepd. by irradiating a cpd. of formula (II) wit UV-light, and opt. forming a salt. (I) have oedema- and inflammation-inhibitory activity as well as analgesic and antipyretic activity. (I) may also be used as intermediates in the synthesis of other pharmacologically-interesting cpds.</p> |
