<p>Prodn. of biological medicaments against malignant tumours and blood diseases is carried out starting from cell or tissue cultures. Tissue from the material or embryonal (or petal) part of human or animal placenta or the connective-tissue aroma of malignant or benign tumours is subjected to pure-line culture, which can be effected in confrontation with a culture of the other part of the placenta or of tumour cells, in which the nutrient medium passes through a cell-separating membrane into the culture of the material part of the placenta or the stroma cells, and the harvested cells are worked up to produce organ prepns., extracts and/or isolated components. The physico-chemical digestion of the harvested cells can be effected by anhydrous acid-vapour lysis in vacuo at normal temp.</p> |
