<p>The roller shutter casing is esp. suitable for a subsequently installed shutter unit. It has side closing pieces formed onto it, providing rotating bearings for the shutter roller and incorporating an insertion channel socket for the shutter and an insertion opening for a belt strap. Here the insertion opening (27) for the belt strap (28) is in the form of a pivot point for a hollow pivot (30), providing a channel, on a swivelling arm (29) for guidance of the belt strap. The axis of rotation of this arm, as viewed in cross-section, is at right angles to the lengthways line of the formed-on insertion channel socket (22). The swivelling arm may be mounted so that it can swing round in a closing piece. The shutter casing can be prefabricated and fitted to an existing window opening, with identical end pieces, and independently of the mounting point for the belt strap.</p> |
