Surface processing device for use with roller bodies - has rotating mountings for attaching roller bodies to turntable processor

The machine is for processing the surfaces of roll bodies for use as colour rollers. It has a horizontally mounted rotating turntable near the centre of the machine. Several mountings of rotating type for attachment of roller bodies are mounted on the turntable. A step drive with an adjustor is used to position the turntable at predetermined positions. Individual drives are provided to position the roller bodies relative to the processing positions. The feed is situated above the turntable and is used to feed unprocessed bodies vertically into one of the processing stations.
