Pumping action scent spray - has pump fitting bottle neck, handle with extension for index finger and thumb operated plunger

The pump type scent spray uses a reciprocating plunger which fits into the neck of the bottle or flask. A handle extends at right angles to the centre line of the bottle which is gripped by three fingers of the hand of the user. At the attachment point is a horizontal portion which is locked between the plunger unit and the bottle neck. The plunger is operated by the thumb of the gripping hand. A short curved extension projects from the other side of this horizontal portion, and the index finger of the hand passes under the curved part. In another design, a second lever attached by a pivot pin to a vertical extension of this handle, is used to operate the plunger, on which it rests, operated by the thumb.
