<p>The crane's flexible plastic buffer (1) is threaded with ropes through diametral bores (2) for horizontal support, with freedom. Easily fitted slings maintain flexibility, extending buffer life with reduced damage. The buffer can have a telescoping metal segmented sheath around the plastics interior for protection. The sectioned, resilient cushion block (1) is attached by its endplate (6) to a bracket plate (7). The diametral holes (2) are bored with an amply backed-off cutter to accept the slings (3). The slings are clamped (5) at their looped ends, and are linked with the bracket and endplate eyebolts (4) or welded eyes.</p> |
